Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated space professionals to support Space Operations Command in the facilitation and execution of its Science and Technology (S&T) Capability Collaboration Team. In this position, contractors will be responsible for :
- Identifying gaps in military space functions through direct engagement with space operators and mission partners
- Coordinating with space operations and associated mission partners on existing space capabilities
- Analyzing potential S&T solutions and integrating the analysis into the command's Capability Collaboration Team (CCT) process
- Managing the "Technical Book of Needs" for SpOC S&T
- Developing white paper and senior-level presentations that outline space technical needs and potential solutions development
- Educating mission partners on the CCT process
- Drafting Memorandums of Agreement / Understanding ISO the command's S&T efforts
10 years working space operations and / or cyberspace operations preferred. B.S. desired (M.S. Technical preferred)
Previous work with Special Access Programs.
Familiarity with USSF, USAF, or other DoD HQ level S&T processes (e.g., AFI 61-101, SCDT, CCT).
3 years working HQ-level staffing. Experienced in Microsoft Suite of applications.
Exceptional written / verbal communications skills
Experience in briefing senior military and civilian leaders
Adept in all Microsoft applications
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education / training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
