Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated Space Domain Awareness (SDA) professionals to support Space Operations Command (SpOC) in the management of SDA systems and the integration of SDA capabilities into operations. In this capacity, contractors will :
- Prepare / review / analyze / provide input on force development and operating concepts for the next generation of SDA systems to detect, characterize and report on space objects
- Author / analyze / provide SDA Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for :
- Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)
- System Concepts
- Capability Development Documents
- Operating Concepts
- System Training Plans
- Plans of Actions and Milestones
- Course of Action (COA) briefs
- Status update briefings
- Program Objective Memoranda (POM) inputs
- Test and Evaluation plans
- USSF Concepts
- USSF draft Instructions
- Other program management functions required by the SDA Directorate
Assist with portfolio management (task acceptance, routing, status monitoring and completion)
Bachelor of Science in related technical field (Operational experience in SDA, Space Situational Awareness (SSA), Headquarters Space Operations Command (HQ SpOC), Space Delta, or sister service operations experience can be substituted for education)
Effective writing and communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency or experience in :
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education / training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
