Job Description
Sigmatech is currently seeking a Global Force Management (GFM)/Orders - SME. Responsibilities include:
Updating and staffing GFM Forces For Tables, Quarterly Apportionment, and Directed Readiness Tables IAW with GFM Implementation Guidance.
Work with the USSF/S7O, HQ SpOC Mission Area Teams, USSF Component Field Command, and USSPACECOM to develop sourcing solution for assignment of Forces to Combatant Commands.
Work with the USSF/S7O, HQ SpOC Mission Area Teams, USSF Component Field Command, and USSPACECOM to update USSF Quarterly Apportionment Tables.
Work with the USSF/S7O, HQ SpOC Mission Area Teams, and USSF Component Field Command to update USSF Directed Readiness Exercises.
Support real world events and coordinate with all HQ SpOC entities to posture and prepare units (personnel and weapons systems) for global deployments.
Draft, coordinate and staff SpOC mission-type orders to prepare and posture forces supporting combatant command campaign and contingency operations.
Publish orders and send tailored, concise daily email summaries that provide recommendations for HQ SpOC Division-level POCs/actions for execution.
Ensure USSF and HQ SpOC support Component-Field Commands with timely planning and deployment of personnel and equipment.
Meet all timelines established by HQ SpOC S335 for orders management
Manage/Build collaborative SpOC Orders Task Tracking tool on SharePoint on SIPR and JWICS.
Utilize the Orders Management tool to assign proper POCs, track and report on mission-type orders with COMSPACEFOR equities given the significant increase in tasking orders
Create/Build products not limited to staff packages, documents, briefings, papers and scripts
Support compliance oversight and management IAW S3/5PO standards and practices
Required Experience
10 years of military experience, including 5 years of space intel, cyber or operations experience, and 3 years experience with drafting, staffing publishing mission-type orders.
In-depth knowledge of the Space enterprise and understanding of USSF, USSPACECOM, and service component organization, missions, roles and responsibilities, including USSF FLDCOMs and SpOC Deltas & Squadrons.
Highly Desired Skills
Three years experience with at a service or joint HQ supporting Joint Staff GFM functions of assignment, apportionment, and directed readiness IAW with GFMIG policy and procedures.
In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
