10 years space operations experience including 6 years MAJCOM headquarters experience; experience working in classified (SAP/SAR) space environment; experience with AF and USSF instruction documents and supplements, using USSF tool sets (e.g., TMT/NGeS, and MS Office Suite); comprehension of preparation, development, review, and coordination processes with documents and deliverables across all security levels (Unclassified, Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR).
In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.

- The Contractor shall support the delivery, operational transition, sustainment, and disposition of advanced concepts capabilities being delivered via the Agile Acquisition construct and other procurement methods.
- The contractor shall review and provide technical expertise and recommendations as part of the technical operational transition process for new capabilities provided by S&T, Rapid Capability Offices, and System Program offices.
- Contractor will assist in conducting capability reviews with USSC, USSF, HAF, SpOC, SSC and Deltas assisting in resolving future system operational and sustainment issues with these organizations.
- Develop, support, and coordinate basing and bed-down activities involving new and deployable capabilities to include conducting site surveys.
- The contractor shall provide technical expertise and recommendations for Special Technical Operations (STO) planning/processes for employment of mission capabilities supporting multiple COCOMs.
- The contractor shall provide technical expertise and recommendations in rapid development, acquisition, and fielding of capabilities to meet urgent operational need and assist in the DOTMLPF planning for next generation capabilities.
- The contractor shall organize/support required meetings: Operations Integration and Mission Delivery (OIMD), Integrated Capability Team (ICT); Operational Transitional Planning Teams (OPT); Operational Acceptance Panels, developing criteria IAW the Rapid Fielding of Warfighter Capabilities, MOUs, the Responsive Operational Acceptance Process, and when appropriate traditional Operational Acceptance IAW SPFI 13-604.
