About the Position
Sigmatex is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing quality inspection data to ensure it meets customer requirements, coordinating and administering calibration data and process certificates of calibration records, and interacting with departmental and other staff on matters affecting quality data and records flow.
You will also be responsible for organizing the dispatch of finished goods certification paperwork and documentation, coordinating with Quality Technicians to ensure dispatch paperwork is completed for shipments, and monitoring the statistical health of the processes and alerting your supervisor to out-of-tolerance conditions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Verify quality inspection data meets customer specifications
- Manage calibration data and process certificates of calibration records
- Collaborate with departmental and other staff on quality data and records flow
- Arrange dispatch of finished goods certification paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate with Quality Technicians on dispatch paperwork completion
