Job Summary
Sigmatex is seeking an experienced Quality Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The role will involve reviewing quality inspection data to ensure it meets customer requirements, coordinating and administering calibration data and process certificates of calibration records, and interacting with departmental and other staff on matters affecting quality data and records flow.
You will also be responsible for organizing the dispatch of finished goods certification paperwork and documentation, coordinating with Quality Technicians to ensure dispatch paperwork is completed for shipments, and monitoring the statistical health of the processes and alerting your supervisor to out-of-tolerance conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
