Duration:
- 3-4 months (has to be done by June 30 because that s the end of their fiscal year) 20 hours per week
- It could turn into 40 hours per week but wants to evaluate first. Flexible if they have another job and can only do 20 hours would need to commit 2-3 hours during the week for meetings during normal work hours and be available via email.
- They will need come onsite for the unpacking, connecting, configuring of NAS/Synology which could take a few hours total but everything else can be done remotely.

This client consists of 2 IT Support, 1 DBA and the manager. The manager is technical so can provide guidance.
They are looking for a System/Network admin with NVR experience to help with the below tasks:
- NVR systems video camera systems and networks. They have 3 systems but Blue Iris is the software they need the most help with. They have 4 servers that have Blue Iris and some of them are working fine but one of the servers is malfunctioning a lot. Need someone who can review the settings from the other server to replicate the settings on the server that isn t working. Also make recommendations about improving performance/functionality. Windows 2019, 10, 11 servers all on prem
- NAS storage units, specifically with Synology. Severs up and ready, updated, backed up. They have a brand new Synology so install and implement that as part of the NVR system. They use NAS is a secondary back-up.
- Other projects related to the network review best practices, switches, access points, firewalls. Switches Unify, Access points Aruba, Firewall Fortinet.
