We’re looking for a tech-savvy integration expert to join our team. In this role, you will lead technical teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the adoption of best practices for enterprise integration.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for application integration activities and build solutions that mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain integration services using AWS Transfer services (SFTP, FTPS, FTP, AS2 protocols) and configure AWS Lambda runtimes using Python.
- Configure and manage AWS services, including EC2, security groups, IAM roles & policies, load balancers, target groups, and Route 53.
- Design high-availability, load-balancing, and failover configurations across infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with integration architects to prioritize and implement service enhancements.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily standups and sprint planning.
- Oversee defect and incident root cause analyses and support production systems, including on-call rotations.
- Provide end-to-end support for integration services, including onboarding, testing, release management, and troubleshooting.
- Train and mentor junior team members on integration technologies and best practices.
- Review technical design documentation and conduct peer reviews of integration code.
- Champion standardization, reusability, and security practices in integration workflows.
- Must be a US Citizen
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- 3 years of technical architecture experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing integration products.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform, Ansible, GitLab pipelines, Python, Packer, and shell scripting.
- Subject matter expertise in the AWS Transfer Family and its architecture.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, security groups, IAM, load balancers, target groups, and Route 53.
- Manage the full integration lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing, and failover configurations.
- Expertise in the IBM Managed File Transfer product suite and architecture.
- Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, including both on-premises and AWS EC2 implementations.
- Familiarity with IBM Secure Proxy, Axway Secure Transport, Connect Direct, and Sterling Control Center.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
- Serve as the go-to expert for application integration, building solutions that mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
