We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join Sigmaways Inc. and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.
This role is critical in maintaining plant efficiency, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
About the Role:
- Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Department to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage Capital Expenditure (CapEx) programs, including budget planning and monthly spending reviews.
- Develop and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Drive productivity improvements through process optimization and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Plant Leadership Team to align maintenance strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing/project engineering, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with SAP for maintenance planning and asset management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their applications in manufacturing environments.
