Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive complex land development projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects, collaborate and mentor a talented team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations, deliverables, and project schedules for a variety of land development projects, including residential, industrial, and commercial developments.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen, ensuring quality assurance / quality control (QA / QC) and effective design feedback.
- Apply advanced engineering principles to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions tailored to project needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale and complex engineering projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
- Define project parameters, including budget, design criteria, and scheduling requirements.
- Assist with proposal development and client relationship management.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to drive project success.
