Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the development and deployment of our production tooling. This role is critical in executing strategic roadmap, optimizing program execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver our first fully integrated production line.
Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive cross-functional execution, proactively resolving bottlenecks and maintaining project timelines.
- Interface with internal teams, external engineering partners, and suppliers to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
- Implement structured project management methodologies to improve efficiency and execution speed.
- Identify risks early, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Have at least 8 years of experience in engineering, with a solid track record of 3 years in technical program/project management within the capital equipment or related industries, you could be a great fit for this position.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven track record of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Solid technical background, demonstrating a content-driven approach to project management
