Join our passionate team as a Healthcare Solutions Consultant , where you'll play a vital role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of innovative products tailored for our healthcare clients. We are looking for a candidate who is deeply knowledgeable in healthcare processes, technology solutions, and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare, focusing on member and provider management, claims, billing, and healthcare delivery, with a strong emphasis on Epic and / or other EHR systems.
  • Cultivate tailored industry solutions utilizing extensive knowledge of healthcare processes, regulatory standards, and technology systems.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges, diagnose issues, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with healthcare organizations to clarify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Develop training and educational materials on effective utilization of EPIC systems, ensuring proper compliance and documentation.
  • Document technical issues, escalations, and customer interactions precisely for healthcare clients.
  • Work closely with product development teams to integrate products with EPIC EHR systems via EPIC APIs.
  • Keep current with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, ACA) to ensure proposed solutions adhere to relevant laws and standards.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and how to align their processes and technologies with these requirements.
  • Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of contact center software solutions within various EPIC / EHR customer environments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, health information management, computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with EPIC systems in healthcare settings, showcasing expertise in system implementation, customization, and support.
  • Required knowledge of outbound campaign management using the Epic Cheers module.
  • Experience in project management, successfully managing multiple projects and delivering results within set timelines.
  • Proficiency with EPIC APIs, including system configuration and optimization skills.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and best practices in healthcare delivery, with a focus on technology to enhance patient care.
  • Experience with healthcare data exchange standards and protocols such as HIPAA, Health Level Seven (HL7), FHIR, and relevant APIs for EHR system integration.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Certifications like Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
