Are you a dynamic professional eager to make a significant impact on customer engagement and success? We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and partners to ensure their success across our Enterprise Data Services product portfolio.

This position is key to enhancing customer relationships, driving organizational alignment, and supporting product development initiatives. By collaborating with Data Architects, Product Owners, Design Engineers, and other key stakeholders, you will help facilitate smooth onboarding and drive multi-product engagements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Crafting effective customer success strategies that set clear goals.
  • Maintaining consistent communication to manage expectations and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and reporting insights to relevant teams.
  • Developing metrics to provide valuable insights for product teams and management.
  • Utilizing empathy and relationship-building skills to strengthen connections between customers and product teams.
  • Overseeing processes and tools for client engagement and stakeholder management across our enterprise cloud data services.
  • Influencing product requirements and roadmap developments from initial concept to delivery.
  • Guiding the development of business requirements that align with overall objectives, ensuring effective scope management.
  • Offering consulting expertise in data analytics and cloud technologies.
  • Exhibiting leadership, exceptional communication, and strategic influencing skills to drive consensus and optimum solutions.
  • Fostering collaboration across business units and IT organizations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management focused on customer success.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience coordinating with diverse subject matter experts.
  • Solid technological aptitude along with robust system and process analysis skills.
  • Business acumen and proficiency in conducting meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders effectively in a matrixed or virtual organization.
