Sign Fabricator

Job Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Fabricator / Installer to help bring our creative signage projects to life. In this role, you’ll be fabricating, assembling, and installing a variety of signs—from illuminated channel letters to dimensional graphics and custom vinyl wraps. Whether you're crafting in the shop or installing on-site, your work will help businesses stand out and make an impact.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Experience in sign fabrication with proficiency in power tools such as saws, drills, and welding equipment to fabricate components.
• Experience in metal fabrication
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Valid Driver's license
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience

• Previous experience in fabrication or a related field is preferred.
• Channel letter / sign fabrication
• CNC routing experience
• Channel letter bending machine experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble signage using CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, welders, and other tools.
• This role may also involve fabricating, assembling, and welding a wide variety of sheet metal parts as needed
• Prepare surfaces, apply finishing touches, and ensure accuracy in every project.
• Collaborate with designers and fellow fabricators to deliver top-tier results on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
