Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for commercial signs and branding products. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the signage industry. The primary area of responsibility will the Northwest Arkansas Area including Bella Vista, Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville Arkansas.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential clients in the target market through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the signage requirements and objectives of prospective clients.
3. Present and demonstrate our range of commercial signage products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and customization options.
4. Prepare and deliver concise and compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitability and achieve sales targets.
6. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of client orders and timely delivery of signage projects.
7. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
9. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
Qualifications:
1. Training and/or work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling commercial signage or related products/services.
3. Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
8. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, contractors, and vendors.
9. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer orientated mindset.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
