Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Office Support Administrative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of daily activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain effective communication, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
- Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc
- Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
- Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
- Ability to multitask.
- Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling various administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure the office is well-stocked.

Skills
- Contact customer by phone/email to finalize collection of outstanding debts.
- Utilize judgment to analyze the customers’ ability to pay and establish a repayment plan.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up for payment, as necessary
- Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for improvement
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Experience in an office environment with knowledge of clerical procedures.
- Reporting to management on collection/dispute status
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Automotive billing or support: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.86 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
