ADA Signage Sales & Account Representative
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site with limited remote flexibility)

Sign Effectz, Inc. is a Milwaukee-based custom signage manufacturer specializing in high-quality ADA-compliant signage, architectural wayfinding, and custom electric signs. We’re expanding our national reach in the ADA signage market and are looking for a driven sales professional to join our growing team.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to lead business development in the ADA and interior signage market. Your primary focus will be building and managing relationships with national sign companies, general contractors, and architects that require compliant and professionally manufactured signage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients in the construction, architecture, and signage sectors
- Read and interpret signage schedules, floor plans, and architectural drawings
- Perform take-offs and coordinate with the estimating team to quote accurately and quickly
- Provide code-compliant recommendations for ADA signage packages
- Manage sales pipeline and workflow using CRM
- Follow up on re-orders, approvals, and project timelines
- Collaborate with in-house designers, production teams, and project managers
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (construction, sign, or architectural product sales preferred)
- Working knowledge of ADA sign regulations (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Ability to read floor plans and construction documents
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience with Insightly is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
