Sales Manager/Director - Inside and Outside Sales
The Sales Manager will report directly to Senior Management and work in collaboration with the General Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers' needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Strong desire and ability to train and coach others to improve performance.
- Represent Sign Fab Inc. at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Responsible for tracking performance of sales team and reporting to senior management.
- Must be computer literate, particularly in office 365, MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or 4 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the signage, printing, or manufacturing industry.
- Requires a broad technical and/or administrative experience in a sign manufacturing environment.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of sign manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.
- Must be able to read, reproduce, and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong accountability and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Maintain sales volume, watching changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must maintain a clean driving record and state issued driver's license.
