As a leader in wholesale sign manufacturing, we continue to grow and seek a skilled CAD Manager / Design & Production Manager to lead our CAD team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CAD design team to achieve efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and customers to refine and improve designs.
- Develop and optimize CAD drawings for signage manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and feasibility in production.
- Implement design standards, best practices, and quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
- Utilize SolidWorks and other Graphic software to create detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to the CAD team to enhance skill development.
- Work with management to improve design efficiency, streamline processes, and integrate new technologies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in CAD design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and other Design software.
- Extensive experience in the signage or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide a team and collaborate across departments.
