Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in on employees to make sure they have signed in for the day. This position is ideal for those who enjoy administrative duties of using the phone with calls and text. This job requires a lot of phone usage. Looking for someone who pays attention to details and it organized to also maintain our inventory.
This job also involved a lot of multi tasking as there are many different locations to call and check in.
Duties
- Data Entry
- Interact with sign holders via calls and text
- Scheduling
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively.
- Must have laptop
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable with google spreadsheet
- Basic understanding of Scheduling
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
PAY
$15 an hour
Shifts are on Weekends and a few hours on Friday
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
