Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events as needed.
- Stay informed about menu offerings, drink specials, and seasonal ingredients to enhance guest experiences.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or relevant roles within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards and hospitality principles.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
