Sign Pro is seeking an experienced and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years in a commercial business-to-business industry.
This role is vital to our success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them to solutions that match their goals.
- Corporate Account Management: Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
- Job Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed job quotes, proposals, and project scopes, aligning client expectations with cost and timeline realities.
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and outreach to potential customers.
- Travel to Client Locations: Conduct onsite visits with customers as needed, requiring regular travel to assess project needs, build client rapport, and ensure a high level of service. Travel areas are eastern and central Montana, northern Wyoming, and eastern Dakotas.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge and Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in sign design and materials to effectively position Sign Pro's services in the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial sign or related industries, with a strong and demonstrable record of building client relationships and managing accounts.
- Proven expertise in job quoting, proposal preparation, and ongoing client care and follow-up.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and explain technical aspects of our products and services.
- Ability to travel regularly to client locations for meetings, site assessments, and project follow-ups.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and experience with quoting tools specific to the sign industry.
