Position Description:
The Customer Service/Graphic Design helps clients, and project coordinators on proofs, ensuring they meet clients’ requirements. This role works directly with the clients' design to develop proofs during the initial phase through the final stages to ensure accuracy and prepare them for print, or manufacturing. The role combines strong customer service, creative and technical skills to format various images and illustrations to produce working production files for printing and fabrication.
The Customer Service/Graphic Design has a high standard for customer service and eye for detail ultimately ensuring our print and manufacturing designs meet exceptional quality. The position reports to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, managing multiple simultaneous projects with stringent deadlines.
- Communicating with customers through various channels (i.e., email, phone, face-to-face).
- Knowing our products inside and out so questions can be answered.
- Review graphics, layouts and fonts before products are sent to production.
- Work in tandem with clients on designs based on requirements, modifications, and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Set up and manage production files for large format printing, CNC router/cutter and laser engraver.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to sit, talk and type for prolonged periods of time.
General:
- Office/Production environment located in Redmond.
- Full Time Position Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm
