Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic customer service environment.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Entering web orders into our systems
- Process credit card payments for orders
-Completing 811 dig-alert locates process for each order as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360 and other office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
