- Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Perform manual labor tasks as needed when equipment is not in use.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
