Lead Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Lead Surveyor to oversee our survey operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of surveyors, ensuring they have necessary resources and support
- Oversee data collection, map preparation, and legal descriptions
- Evaluate survey work for compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and results
- Maintain and update survey equipment, training teams on usage
- Collaborate with Construction Managers to meet project deadlines and budgets
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience as a Surveyor or equivalent role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Technical expertise, including experience with survey equipment and software
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects
