Duties
- Patrol assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety compliance.
- Monitor CCTV systems and maintain surveillance of designated areas.
- Enforce rules and regulations while providing guidance to visitors and employees.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in conflict management and loss prevention.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Proficient in first aid and CPR; certification is preferred.
- Military or law enforcement experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
