Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee the successful management of a single account. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality training of security guards, maintaining strong client relationships, and addressing and resolving any account-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for security personnel to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify training needs and improve performance.
- Maintain training records and certifications for compliance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong and professional relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss account performance, address concerns, and align on expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and account success.
- Foster positive relationships with the home office, ensuring alignment on goals and resources.
- Operational Support and Issue Resolution:
- Monitor account operations to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide detailed reports on account performance, incidents, and resolutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide shift coverage as needed to maintain successful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Travel and Compliance:
- Commit to a 25% travel requirement, typically once per month, to oversee account operations and maintain client relationships.
- Obtain and maintain a Class D Security License (support will be provided to acquire this credential).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the security services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and train teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Experience in workforce management or scheduling.
Work Environment:
This position may require a combination of office-based work, on-site client visits, and interaction with field personnel. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
