Compensation: $20 - $25/hour, Non-Exempt; based on experience
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, some evenings and weekends required

Your Role.
The Facilities Associate will report to the General Manager of Dealer Services, and help with resolving facility repairs and maintenance issues through vendor relationships, tracking of work orders, coordinating schedules, managing preventive maintenance, and assist in deferred maintenance and budgeting, and ad-hoc duties as needed. A successful Facilities Associate will need to manage multi-locations and ensure seamless communication with leadership and contractors.
What You’ll Do in This Role.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, presentable, and organized environment for all facilities.
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Acts as liaison between leadership and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized tasks related to construction projects.
- Communicates with contractors and vendors to manage any facility needs.
- Actively manages space allocations and floor plans to accommodate upcoming and ongoing changes
- Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use including set up and tear down of ad-hoc and training events.
- Assists with Fulfilment Center tasks as needed
- Assists C-Suite Executives with tasks as assigned
- Execute transport of Fulfilment Center materials between Signal facilities
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment related to restrooms, office supplies, and general facility needs; reorders as needed
- Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and fleet vehicles
- Maintains fleet vehicles ensuring they are safe to operate and up to date on maintenance, registration, and cleanliness
- Prepares space and vehicles for Signal Home Office guests and events

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous maintenance and organizational experience preferred
- Ability to develop project checklists and work with and through other teams
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external customers.

Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
