Pay: $15.00phr
Position Summary:
A Signal Operations Support Coordinator provides functional leadership to Signal's community based security officers through the implementation of policies and practices that are essential for day-to-day operations. Basic Duties include managing all reporting officers through Fleet Cameras and Reports. All Duties listed below are minimum requirements, additional site-specific duties may be required.

- Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivery services that meet the needs of the business. Can you complete your daily assigned tasks with the additional responsibility of reviewing the activity and incident reports of officers?
Responsibilities:
- Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for the individual performance of our Dedicated and Patrol Officers to align with company standards i.e.. patrol completion, report writing, etc.
- Assist Officers by communicating all service, property, post order, and routing changes.
- Provide checks on our officers through our fleet cameras, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed .
- Promptly and consistently report any client specific information or issues to the Leadership Team while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.
- Complete shift reports and document files in a timely manner
- Participate in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Director to enhance the Officer Brand Experience.
- Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
- Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond with Signal Expectations.
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver license and good driving record
- Must have Covid 19-vaccination
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work Night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete training modules withing first week
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to services, organization values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
