About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Director of Sales and Growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing business strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of account management and business development activities, including direct coordination with Operational and Quality Leadership, driving new business and market development, and mentoring and leading Magnetics Sales, Product, and Program Managers.
