Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Magnetics Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development/product management capacity, and preferred experience in the magnetics industry and manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will also have experience with major OEMs and Subs, team leadership and development, knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management, and knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations.
