Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account-related questions.
- Document and track customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively following company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to identify ongoing customer concerns and potential solutions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and frequently asked questions.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to help others.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
