Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly, Non-Exempt; based on experience
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role.
The Cash Management Associate will perform the day-to-day operations for the Cash Management area. In this role they will also complete various Accounting duties to support both Accounting and Cash Management functions.
What Youll Do in This Role.
Cash Application 70%
- Process daily deposits, including lockbox deposits, checks received utilizing bank scanner, and ACH
- Reconcile cash accounts against the daily deposits for accuracy
Accounts Payable 15%
- Collect, distribute, and input accounts payable invoices
- Compile and prepare entries to the general ledger utilizing Sage primarily those related to A/R and A/P
Research and Administrative 15%
- Research and solve cash receipts input problems, overpayments and watch over proper application of funds received to proper accounts
- Provide customer service support to franchisees on cash receipts and general questions via telephone or email in a timely manner
- Communicate with other departments as needed to problem solve and gain accurate information for transactions
- Assist with the assembly of required information by inputting payroll and operation transfers for the lending program into the approval spreadsheet
- Assist with annual audit documentation and support
- Cross train within the department
- Perform special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field, or 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting department
- 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting department
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with Sage preferred

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
