Travel Required: Occasional as to attend annual convention and to travel to accounts as needed, up to 25%
Compensation: $52,000 - $57,000 exempt; based on experience bonus opportunities
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role.
As a Franchise Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth of our business by ensuring successful sales launch of new franchises. You will collaborate with the Franchise Development team, Franchise launch team, Sales management team and new franchise owners to solidify existing revenue base and help to create a successful go forward growth strategy for new franchises.
What Youll Do in This Role.
- Provide data analytics and 90-day sales plans for new franchise launches
- Provide in-market sales support for new franchise launches
- Maximize client retention by calling and meeting with current clients
- Provide market analysis for new franchise territories
- Provide data analytics to Franchise development team for prospective new Franchise owners/territories.

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Project Management and organizational efficiencies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
