US: We tell our client’s stories through digital, print, and social media. We’re located in Delavan, a small town in Southeast Wisconsin, but with clients all over the Midwest.

Overview

As a member of Signalfire’s creative team, you will work and collaborate with an account manager/project manager and other teammates to provide content marketing assets and creative design work for clients. Our ideal candidate will love coming up with fresh designs and eager to stay on top of the latest trends.

About 40% of your time will be spent in photography and video projects. The Design & Media Creator will also participate in the development of photo and video assets. This includes the initial project conceptualization, helping with pre-production, production, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage print, web, and video graphics for clients
• Assist in the creation of branding materials including logos and identity materials
• Coordinate on the creation of photography and video materials
• Create website user experience designs and email newsletter templates
• Participate and occasionally lead creative brainstorming sessions
• Be a great teammate and actively participate in brainstorming, planning, and creative kickoffs
• Approach creative assignments with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Ability to work equally with unbridled creative freedom or strict client brand standards
• Open to feedback from internal teammates and client review
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in an agency, freelancing, or in-house marketing department
• Knowledge of photography and videography basics including lighting and sound
• Strong and dynamic professional portfolio (not student work)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Some experience with video editing
• Able to effectively create motion graphics
• Work within a Mac-based environment and all related software programs including Microsoft Office
• Experience with time tracking and project management tools (we currently use Teamwork)

Compensation

• $48,000 per year
