Position Overview:
SignalFire Telemetry Inc, is seeking a full time 1st shift Assembly Technician of industrial electronics. Assembly of a wide variety of electronic equipment using basic hand and power tools as well as test and calibration in a clean, climate controlled work environment. HS diploma or equivalent and ability to follow written and verbal instructions required. Basic computer skills necessary. 2 yr experience with assembly, soldering, and/or shipping is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using basic hand tools and power tools
- Test and calibrate components with automated test software
- Inspect assemblies for quality
- Maintain rapid pace and quality requirements
- Package and Prepare products for shipment
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask efficiently
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- 2 years light assembly experience
- Soldering skills, TH and SMT
- Shipping / Receiving experience a plus
- Basic electronics and troubleshooting knowledge
