About the Internship

At Signals, we are seeking driven undergraduate students and recent graduates who are passionate about technology, innovation, and strategic thinking. Our Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the chance to work alongside industry experts to make an impact.
This internship is designed for students in the BYU Business Strategy Program who are eager to gain practical skills while contributing to meaningful projects. You’ll be part of an innovative team that drives AI-powered solutions for sales and marketing excellence.
Roles Available
We are hiring for full-time roles in 4 focus areas, 3 in Customer Success and 1 in Marketing. Applicants will indicate their preferred areas of interest when applying.
Customer Success Internship (CS) Responsibilities per Role
- Product Specialist
- Be the expert on Signals’ AI-powered solutions.
- Guide clients in best practices and troubleshoot product issues.
- Assist in client onboarding and training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prompt Engineer
- Design and optimize AI prompts for Cloud Agent performance.
- Work directly with clients to understand their sales processes and develop tailored prompt strategies.
- Analyze prompt efficacy and continuously improve configurations.
- Sales Support/Consultant
- Provide the Sales team with data-driven insights to support client engagements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to showcase results and solutions.
- Assist with client meetings and strategy sessions.
Marketing Internship (Responsibilities may include)
- Marketing Coordinator

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Assist with event planning and campaign logistics.
- Design and manage targeted email campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for higher engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators to maintain a consistent brand message.
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content.
- Monitor platforms to respond to trends and maximize reach.
- Analyze social media metrics to track growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Experience: Engage directly with Signals’ AI tools and customer success strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver real-world results.
- Project Ownership: Contribute to innovative projects that directly impact the business.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of AI trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total Summer Stipend: Up to $12,800 (paid biweekly)
- Completion Bonus:
- $500 Bonus: If no time off is taken during the internship
- $500 Bonus: For completing the internship on August 22, 2025
- Total Potential Earnings: $13,800
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-10 hour days
- Time Off: One week unpaid (if not taken, $500 bonus applies)
- Mentorship and Learning: Direct mentorship from industry leaders and hands-on experience with AI technology.
- Mandatory Start Date: May 5th, 2025 (non-negotiable)
Mandatory Start Date
All interns and full-time employees must start on May 5th, 2025. This is non-negotiable.
- Internship End Date: August 22, 2025
Expectations
This is not a typical 8-hour job. We are looking for candidates who are fully committed to putting in the time and effort required to thrive at a fast-paced startup. If you’re looking for a clock-in, clock-out role, this might not be the right fit. However, if you’re driven, passionate, and ready to learn, Signals will provide the mentorship and hands-on experience needed to accelerate your career.
