SignaPay of MN, a national leader in the credit card processing industry, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support to its Plymouth, MN Team. Seeking individuals to join our fun, fast paced Customer Service Team! Work with customers over the phone and sales team to resolve issues. Process account changes, handle new accounts, data entry, reporting, handle incoming and outbound phone calls. Full time schedule Monday- Friday 9:00-5:00 . Preferred 1 to 3 years related Customer Service experience preferred: Computer skills required Requires good communication and listening skills, Ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks. Job Type: Full--time Pay Starting: $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401K Matching and Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No nights * No weekends *
Technical role.
- Great understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook.
- Ability to talk without fear and great time management.
- Ability to properly set expectations with customers.
- Occasionally take the lead on specific subject matter research and training/tools development, and lead or manager will oversee
- Provide customer support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Verify that suggested solutions effectively resolve the customers problems through verbal or email follow up.
- Support and troubleshoot credit card terminals/software.
