Overview

Signarama, the world's largest sign and graphics franchise, seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and close sales . Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth within your designated territory through effective communication, product demonstrations, and strategic negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking within your territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize overall sales performance.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals that effectively address client needs and highlight product advantages.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts and other terms to close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market conditions, and product performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Proficiency in conducting engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients.
  • Experience in territory sales, demonstrating an understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to perform cold calling effectively, building rapport quickly with prospects.
  • Background in business development, showcasing a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, enabling effective communication of complex information.
  • Experience in inside sales can complement outside efforts, enhancing overall team effectiveness.
