Role Description
Signarama Broussard is looking for a self motivated out of the box person to fill the position of Sales Representative.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities and managing client accounts. Your core skills in sales and customer relations, combined with premium skills in B2B sales and business development, will enable you to build lasting relationships and meet sales targets. With a strong emphasis on outside sales strategies and technology sales, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Outside Sales and Account Management.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other sales technologies.
- Experience in cold calling and conducting product demos.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Visit every business on assigned route. (Don't cherry pick).
- Meet with customers in person and/or by phone.
- Make morning PR calls.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers.
- Negotiate prices, contracts and other terms of agreements with customers.
- Set, Meet and exceed prescribed sales goals.
- Close sales.
- Collect deposits and full payments.
- Accurately fill in sign layout forms.
- Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
- Deliver estimates in a timely fashion.
- Remarket areas every three months.
- Attend conferences and conventions (BNI, Chamber of Commerce).
