Join our established, full-service sign shop with over 20 years in the industry! We are looking for a dynamic General Manager who is eager to grow with us in a hands on role and gain sweat equity or the opportunity for partial ownership. We specialize in fabricating channel letters, monument signs, installation and repairs, vehicle wraps, vinyl, large format printing, etc.

What We’re Looking For: A dependable, independent, and highly organized leader with a strong background in the sign industry. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, from managing staff to improving processes and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production, installation, and service of signs, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, including printing/fabrication tools and trucks.
- Analyze data and KPIs to make strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of management experience, with at least 10 years in the sign industry.
- Proven experience in sign manufacturing, production, and installation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
