We are Signarama-Manteca and we take pride in delivering amazing signage products to our customers. We have an Bookkeeper role open for someone who enjoys numbers and administrative work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping operations. This job is 15-30 hours per week and may fit in with someone who has other clients. Open to conversations on how we can accommodate a qualified candidate that needs flexibility.
Responsibilities :
- Bookkeeping.
- Daily reconciliation.
- Accounts receivable.
- Accounts payable.
- Customer Order updates.
- Customer Estimates.
- Office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities).
Requirements :
We have a flexible work schedule Monday thru Friday. Part-time hours up to 24 hours per week.
Salary : $18 - $21
