Do you know what product is easy to sell? The one that everyone needs. And, everyone needs signs!
Whether a company is going into business, out of business, or simply wants to stay in business, they will need signage. Maybe it’s an illuminated storefront sign, or parking lot directional signs, or paper products such as business cards, brochures, or flyers. It could be vehicle graphics for a fleet, or window and wall graphics for an office. It could even be trade show signage such as flags, banners, table covers, or backdrops. The point is, the world of signage is diverse and our company offers a variety of solutions to help any business with branding, marketing, awareness, or simply appearance.
If you are waiting for the universe to send you a “sign” about needing a new job, here’s one : WE ARE HIRING!
Signarama of North Fort Worth is a 5-Star rated company seeking a 5-Star person with a fun, outgoing, and a willing personality to join our dynamic team in Keller, TX to help us develop new relationships with surrounding businesses and maybe even sell some signs while they’re at it.
Our crew is as diverse as our product mix. We have friendly, hardworking people. We have fishermen, readers, movie buffs, video game heroes, tool geeks, and a variety of other interests. We have family people, single people, parents, and grandparents. Happy people. We even have a Guinness World Record holder!
We work hard but we work hard at having fun, too. Laughter and positive energy is a constant in our shop. Our crew is constantly on the move, working on new and exciting projects, and the company is growing rapidly. As a result, we have recently purchased a new building and are doubling our workspace to accommodate more awesome sign projects!
Sales experience in the sign-making industry is a plus but it’s not a requirement. After all, we do provide at least SOME training. But, we do require this person to think creatively, communicate effectively, and on good days, walk simultaneously. : )
SO, HERE’S THE LONG AND SHORT OF IT :
This is a full-time gig that works Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm. Nights and weekends are for family time. But, there may be an occasional networking event to attend in the evening. Pay is based on experience (we are willing to train the right personality) and your personal awesomeness level. Monthly Bonus Pay is also available and based on the overall company awesomeness level.
The primary function for this position is to identify and contact new potential clients and develop the relationships needed to support, maintain and increase business (i.e. – sell signs). Of course, we also expect you to dress appropriately (super cool Signarama gear will be provided), attend networking events, interact with customers professionally, keep a clean, organized work area, blah blah blah.
You’re not here just to sell signs—you’re here to solve problems, spark creativity, and build lasting relationships through a strong desire to succeed and knowing that success comes from hard work, persistence, and a positive, fun attitude.

- Valid proof of USA residency
- A good driving record and reliable transportation
