This is a hands-on role where accuracy, file prep, and teamwork matter just as much as creativity. You’ll collaborate with our sales, install, and fabrication teams to bring ideas to life — and see your work out in the real world.

We’re looking for a detail-driven, layout-savvy Graphic Designer to join our production-focused team. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, file prep, and teamwork matter just as much as creativity. You’ll collaborate with our sales, install, and fabrication teams to bring ideas to life — and see your work out in the real world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and proofing signage of all types (print, cut, routed, illuminated)
- Prepping and formatting production files for vinyl, large format print, and fabrication
- Creating clean, accurate permit plan layouts
- Working with customers to translate ideas into brand-consistent designs
- Collaborating closely with sales and production to meet deadlines and specs
- Assisting with light social media graphics, basic content creation, and uploads
- Supporting internal brand needs (email graphics, signage, in-house materials)
- Managing multiple active projects with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
- Strong foundation in layout and mechanical design (not just concepting — you prep for build)
- Sharp attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently and in a tight-knit team environment
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and visual
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and CorelDRAW
- Organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven
- Experience in the sign industry or vehicle wrap design is a major plus
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
