This Graphic Design Sign Production Associate position requires both graphic design & sign production responsibilities. We are looking for a reliable, positive, high energy, professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills, who values delivering excellence. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working one on one with customers to develop effective signage and vehicle wraps. Qualified individuals must be proficient in photoshop, flexi sign and illustrator, detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and able to work independently and with others. The team member we are looking to add is self-confident and is not afraid to show his or her professional ability, creative genius and most importantly, have fun!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs all types of signs, vehicle wraps, wall wraps, window graphics, print materials, and more
- Creates proofs and sends to clients using online proofing system and email
- Discusses designs with clients by email, phone, and in person
- Must be very creative and detail-oriented
- Must be a team player that works well with others
- Assists with marketing and social media tasks as needed
- Assists the production team as needed with tasks such as:
- Masking, weeding, and applying vinyl to various substrates
- Properly and efficiently using an X-Acto knife and ruler
- Loading and cutting vinyl on a plotter
- Loading and running wide format printers
- Greets customers and answers phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Helps operate and manage the store when needed
- Maintains an organized, clean, and professional work area at all times
- Performs any other duties assigned by owners
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or degree with design emphasis preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Flexi Sign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and abilities
- Able to manage workload and prioritize multiple projects
- Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail in design work
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to place onto and retrieve various types of substrates from a substrate rack including the upper shelves
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
