Position Summary: Signature Adjustment Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be tasked with building professional relationships and expanding business opportunities at a regional level. The ideal candidate has a background and understanding of the insurance industry, a track record in sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to exceed sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with carriers, brokers, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with SAG’s services.
  • Update progress into sales CRM, and deliver regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Conduct presentations, and client meetings, and proactively work to provide the top level of service to our clients.
  • Manage and execute the sales process from successful prospecting through the point of sale and address client issues and concerns, in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Travel as needed regionally and nationally to meet with prospective and current clients and attend industry events and conferences,
  • Demonstrate commitment to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in insurance-related industry or sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Remote office option; able to travel throughout the US.
  • Licensed to drive and able to travel throughout the US.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral skills.
  • Self-starter who can excel working independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
