• Managing Group Director (SVP, EVP) ($200,000-$300,000)
• Group Director (SVP, VP) ($100,000-225,000)
• Associate Group Director ( also VP, AVP) ($80,000-150,000)
• Relationship Manager (also Senior, VP, AVP) ($70,000-100,000)
• Client Associate (also Senior, and Officer) ($40,000-80,000)
• Lender (also VP, Senior, SVP) ($90,000-$150,000)

In any of these roles, you will provide personalized banking services to financial institution customers.

To be successful, your background should match these qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• Banking experience (required)
• Sales experience (Managing Group Director, Group Director and Associate Group Director roles)
• Some lending knowledge (preferred)
• Understanding of bank products
• Experience in sales, customer service, and business development (Managing Group Director, Group Director and Associate Group Director roles)
• Strong motivation, organization, and communication skills
