As a Land Development Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the development of our residential and commercial projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards.
We are looking for a Land Development Superintendent that will be responsible for supervising construction activities related to land development. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all necessary subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule and working with inspectors to see projects to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in a superintendent role, strong leadership abilities, ability to read and understand civil prints, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position provides on-site management and hands-on work as required for all phases of the construction project; coordinating workers, material, and equipment to ensure that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
