- Prior underwriting experience is desirable
- Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable
- Loss control experience desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professionalism is key
- Construction experience desired, but not required
- BA or BS degree desired, but not required
You will also need access to a late model reliable vehicle, Auto and General Liability Insurance, and High speed internet.
