Business Reporting Analyst - Senior

Title : Business Reporting Analyst

Duration : Long term Contract

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology delivery team members, project managers, and cross-functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
• Establish recurring communication and operating routines necessary to progress key initiatives, deliver against defined objectives, and report status / progress and other critical information
• Identify data sources to capture progress against defined team KPIs; gather, review and analyze data on a recurring basis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and inefficiencies
• Report progress against KPIs related to team goals and objectives and to develop actionable insights for business solutions and process improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
• Document current business process and identify opportunities for improvement / efficiency
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Support the implementation of new systems or processes, including documentation, testing and validation.
• Build out tracking and reporting tools to drive team operating efficiency
• Help develop and maintain team SharePoint and other information-sharing and collaboration resources, including maintaining document archives for ongoing reference / audit trail
• Gather and organize plan detail and evidence associated with issue remediation planning and execution
